At the closure of the Service Engagement, the Event Manager along with Engagement Manager and Client should define the
terms and conditions on the handover of Event Management activities. Key resources, along with their roles and
responsibilities, need to be determined and agreed upon between two parties. Handover should be planned (in agreement
with the Client and relevant stakeholders) to cover all activities within Event Management, including completion
timelines and task force involved. The Event Manager should also trigger closure with suppliers, if any.
At the end of the handover activity, the Event Manager should produce an Event Management Summary containing details on
the lessons learnt and any additional recommendations for potential improvement of the Event Management process.
